"Today 8/19/2024, I received a phone call from Jessica Ferraro (State Farm Insurance Representative) giving me a price quote for Umbrella Policy, Home, and Automobile Insurance. I was doing price quote searches from various insurance companies and I found Ms. Ferraro to be very knowledgeable, competent and caring about what my concerns were, and she spent a lot of time on the phone researching, answering all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I believe Ms. Ferraro is and exemplary employee, and I hope State Farm recognizes her for the excellent customer service she provides and the exceptional employee she is."

"Madeline is a perfect example of what good customer service is like from an insurance agent. I had some issues I came across and she helped me resolve all the problems I had.
